House of the Dragon - ComicCon ‘22

Client & Design: Giant Spoon

We partnered with Giant Spoon to create the iconic set from the hit tv show House of the Dragon. From concept to completion, we helped bring this massive set to life. We built over 700 linear feet textured of walls with various brick patterns. Molding candelabras, sculpting geysers, creating dragon's glass, and creating a facade with a dragon’s claw. The set was all built on site in three days. As guests traverse the corridors, they were greeted with an animatronic dragon's stomach giving the effect of breathing. Upon entering the throne room, guests are greeted by a TV screen that resembles a window. The displays feature videos of majestic dragons soaring through the sky. We felt immensely proud when we could construct the dragon's skull in a short period.
